Refund Policy

At EDR Solutions, our priority is the satisfaction and trust of our customers.
This policy sets out the conditions under which refunds can be requested for contracted accounting, financial or administrative services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all services offered by EDR Solutions, including:

  • Accounting and bookkeeping.

  • Preparation and filing of tax forms.

  • Tax and financial advice.

  • Business consulting and internal audits.

2. Non-refundable services

Since our services are personalized and based on specific analysis and technical work, no refunds will be issued once the service has been started or delivered, except in the circumstances outlined in the following section.

3. Cases eligible for reimbursement

A partial or full refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Error verified by EDR Solutions that directly affects the delivery or quality of the service.

  • Duplicate charge due to billing error.

  • Cancellation of service before work has started.

In these cases, the customer must notify the incident in writing within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date of payment or delivery of the service.

4. Refund request process

To request a refund, the customer must:

  1. Send an email to billing@edrsolutions.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.

  2. Include your name, invoice number, service description, and reason for request.

  3. Attach any evidence or documents that support the claim.

The EDR Solutions team will review the request and respond within a maximum of 10 business days.

5. Refund method

If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer (transfer, card or cash).
Processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.

6. Cancellation of services

Cancellations must be requested before the work process begins.
If the customer cancels a service after the work has started, an administrative charge may be applied corresponding to the time and resources already used.

7. Modifications

EDR Solutions reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this site with the corresponding revision date.
